Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within [3-5business days] after payment is received. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or delays, we will communicate any changes to the estimated delivery time.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Estimated delivery times are:

  • Local (within South Africa): 3–5 business days

  • Regional (Neighbouring countries): 5–10 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days

Please note these are estimated delivery times and may vary due to courier delays or customs clearance.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link to follow your package.

Delivery Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

We are not liable for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered by the courier. If your package arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact the courier service directly and let us know so we can assist where possible.

Local Pickup (if applicable)

We offer a free local pickup option in Cape Town. Pickup is available Mon-Sun from (10am-6pm)  You’ll receive a notification when your order is ready for collection.
