Exchange & Store Credit Policy (No Refunds)

At Lemo Wear,  customer satisfaction is important to us. While we do not offer refunds, we are happy to provide exchanges or store credit under the following conditions:

No Refunds

Please note that we do not offer refunds on any purchases. All sales are final.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for items returned within [14 Days] of purchase, provided they are:

  • Unworn and in original condition

  • With all tags and packaging intact

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your desired item is unavailable, we will issue store credit.

Store Credit

If you are unable to exchange your item, we will issue store credit equal to the value of your purchase. Store credit:

  • Is valid for [3 Months]

  • Can be used on any item in-store or online

  • Is non-refundable and non-transferable
